The EWU Wrestling Club Needs Your Help!

EWU Wrestling is a student-run competitive club founded in 2023. Our team is made up of 15 dedicated men’s and women’s athletes who are committed to competing together and building a lasting wrestling community at Eastern. As one of the fastest-growing clubs on campus, we pride ourselves on welcoming a diverse group of student athletes who chase big goals both on and off the mat.

Because we are a student-run organization, funding is our biggest challenge. Most of our costs—registration fees, uniforms, mats, travel to local meets, and sending athletes to the National Championship—are covered directly by students. With your support, our wrestlers can focus fully on their passion for wrestling, free from financial stress. Every contribution directly impacts our ability to train, compete, and grow our program.

Our goal is to raise $4,000 to help cover travel, lodging, and registration expenses for the NCWA National Championship in Bossier City, Louisiana. Competing at Nationals gives our wrestlers the opportunity to represent EWU alongside collegiate athletes from across the nation. In addition, funds will help us purchase new mats to accommodate our growing roster and provide safe training space for both current and incoming athletes.
