Help DPT Students with Conference Travel
Running for funds to attend APTA
The Wild Moose Chase, hosted by the students of Eastern Washington University’s Department of Physical Therapy, benefits the Spokane community by promoting physical activity and healthy habits in a family-friendly environment, with participants ranging from age 3 to 80+! Students host the Wild Moose Chase run to support their travel to their professional conference. Runners will follow a scenic course through Riverside State Park on October 19, 2025. Proceeds from the race, along with your gifts through EagFunder, create a valuable opportunity for EWU Doctor of Physcial Therapy(DPT) students to attend the largest physical therapy conference in the USA, APTA’s Combined Sections Meeting.
The conference brings the physical therapy profession together for a week of education, collaboration, and innovation. Your donation will help this class of 40 doctoral candidates lean into the leading voices in the PT profession and bring that knowledge back home to our future patients.
