WHO WE ARE
The Student Occupational Therapy Association (SOTA) is a student-led organization dedicated to promoting the values and practices of occupational therapy. Our mission is to provide students with opportunities to engage in leadership roles, participate in community service projects, and raise awareness about the importance of occupational therapy in helping individuals lead independent and fulfilling lives. Through hands-on experiences and collaborations with local organizations, SOTA empowers students to develop professional skills while making a positive impact on both our campus and local community.
OUR GOAL
We are seeking your support to fund our participation in the AOTA INSPIRE 2026 Annual Conference & Expo, which will be held from April 23–25, 2026, in Anaheim, California. This event brings together occupational therapy practitioners, educators, students, and emerging leaders to explore the latest updates on practice, professional issues, and trends. Attending this conference will provide us with invaluable opportunities to expand our knowledge, network with professionals, and gain insights that will enhance our future careers in occupational therapy.
HOW DONORS CAN HELP
Your generous donation will directly support our travel, accommodation, and registration expenses for the AOTA INSPIRE 2026 Conference. By contributing, you are investing in the education and professional development of future occupational therapists who are committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals and communities. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to our goal and helps us take a significant step toward becoming skilled and compassionate practitioners. We deeply appreciate your support and belief in our mission!
